Glass supplied by CAG meets with the internationally recognised ISO9001, ISO9002, ISO9003 and QSV9000 standards, and carry the "E" mark (European Specification) and the "DOT" mark (American Specification).

The domestic market is assured that all glass supplied is shatterproof, high penetration resistant glass, as certified by the SABS.

If, for whatever reason, CAG cannot supply its own product, CAG will supply a product of equal standard in order to meet its customer's requirements.

With CAG, all fitments carry a warranty — any problems that may be experienced, CAG will gladly address. Customers that encounter a problem are to contact their nearest branch with their original invoice and one of our senior staff will attend to their concern.
